KO-455 Sanitation car |
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
Intended for collection and transportation of solid sanitary waste to the place of utilization. The sanitation car has high manoeuvrability and can work in the limited space area (private buildings, zones of mass recreation, exhibition complexes), as well in the city districts not equipped with stationary containers' sites. The body is mounted on supports on the chassis side members. The rear side is fastened to it on the hinges, where on the spindles the pressing plate and the reception bucket are installed. In the body the pushing plate is placed, which under the force of the telescopic cylinder is moving along the ways on Teflon sliders. The loading of solid sanitary wastes is carried out manually (buckets, packages etc.) to the lowered reception bucket. On filling the bucket, it rises, turns on the spindles and is getting between the side parts of the rear side. Here takes place partial discharge of the waste in the bucket into the body. The pressing plate reloads the remaining waste from the bucket into the body and moves it to the pushing plate.. The pushing plate at that moment is in the extreme rear position. On accumulation of the garbage, it is moving to the extreme front position. The pushing plate cannot go freely because of the booster valve built in the hydraulic system. So, the filling of the body is going together with the solid wastes compaction. The design peculiarities of the sanitation car provide reaching the compaction ration up to 4. It means, that when the cabin capacity is 7.5 m 3 , it may contain up to 30 m 3 of solid sanitary wastes. The discharge of the waste at the place of utilization is carried out by the pushing plate. And the rear side together with the pressing plate and the reception bucket are rising upward, turning on the spindles. |
